Through a shared vision, Trinity Springs was created by a ministry partnership of Live Oaks Community Church and Cassia, who brings its spirit of innovation in senior care. Trinity Springs is a faith-based, nonprofit senior living community, whose mission is to foster fullness of life for older adults in the spirit of Christ’s love. Live Oaks Community Church is located next door to Trinity Springs.
