Trinity Springs is a ministry of Cassia, an Augustana/Elim affiliation with more than 200 years of combined Christian ministry and serves all beliefs and backgrounds with respect and integrity. Trinity Springs and Cassia bring healing, compassion and renewal to residents and families through serving all by following One.

Inspired mission
Through a shared vision, Trinity Springs was created by a ministry partnership of Live Oaks Community Church and Cassia, who brings its spirit of innovation in senior care. Trinity Springs is a faith-based, nonprofit senior living community, whose mission is to foster fullness of life for older adults in the spirit of Christ’s love. Live Oaks Community Church is located next door to Trinity Springs.
